Refund policy
Returns
We accept returns on standard (non-custom) products within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, email support@metalcraftrails.com with your order number. We'll respond within one business day with return instructions.
Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned standard products to cover inspection, repackaging, and original shipping costs.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Custom Orders: All custom orders (including made-to-measure handrails and railings) are final sale and cannot be returned. If your custom order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos. We'll replace defective items at no cost to you.
